INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

International travel requires that passengers have in possession a valid Passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Some countries may require a visa and/or health card. It is the passenger's responsibility for ensuring all travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and that any other foreign entry requirements are met.

Business-Class has no special knowledge and does not advise passengers regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to
international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov and www.treas.gov/ofac.
Passport and Visa: Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a minimum period from the date of arrival in that country. For any questions regarding what the applicable minimum period is and any other conditions or passport/visa requirements for travel, please consult the Embassy or Consulate of the country you are going to visit or transit through.

It is strongly recommended that passengers verify visa requirements for all the stops as some of the countries may require a transit visa. Passengers transiting via or connecting between the airports within the European Union - Schengen Zone may need a Schengen Entry visa. Some countries have special requirements for one-way travel.

Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at +1 202 647 5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at Travel.State.Gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.

Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. To obtain medical information, you may contact the centers for Disease Control at (1) 404 332 4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at http://CDC.gov .

Disinfection: Although not common, most countries reserve the right to disinfect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture, or environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinfection procedures: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the aircraft’s interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board. For more information, see: http://ostpxweb.dot.gov/policy/safetyenergyenv/disinsection.htm.

BY OFFERING RESERVATIONS FOR TRAVEL PRODUCTS TO PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, Business-Class DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

The Baggage Allowance is reflected on the order confirmation with Business-Class as well as on the electronic ticket. The Customer should check directly with the airline, indicated on his itinerary, for the latest baggage allowance information to learn about the permitted count, size, and weight for every type of item he would like to bring on the trip. Some Carriers offer lower fares that do not include luggage. Once you have selected your flight, check the order confirmation to find out if luggage is included in your fare. If luggage is not included, you will need to add it. In most cases, this service is available via the airline’s website. The cost of adding luggage is generally higher at the airport, so we recommend adding it before you check in. Baggage allowance policies and baggage fees associated with checked or carry-on baggage vary widely and are subject to change by the airlines at any time. If your luggage exceeds the weight, size or number specified in the airline policy, the airline may charge additional charges for carrying luggage.

BOOKING PROCESS

For your convenience, our use of the following terms in these Terms & Conditions shall have the meaning below:

"Service Element" - a singular product or service listed on the Site that can be booked independently of any other service. (e.g.: car, hotel, flight).

"Travel Supplier" - a vendor of one or more Service Elements. (e.g.: hotels, car suppliers, airlines). Business-Class does not act as principal but plans with third-party vendor Travel Suppliers for Service Elements, all as defined above.

"Booking" - a negotiation process with the Travel Supplier carried out by you while using this Site for the purpose of obtaining one or more Service Elements that may result in a contract with the Travel Supplier at the time, we receive full payment and accept your offer.

To complete a Booking, the following steps are taken to ensure its validity: When we place Service Elements on our Site, we are inviting you to make an offer for their purchase. You do not make this offer until you press "Book" on the payment page (entitled "Review Trip Details and Book") of the Site.

Once you have done so you have made Business-Class an offer (which cannot be withdrawn if you change your mind) to purchase the relevant Service Element(s) from the relevant Travel Supplier(s) (your "Booking"). We are free to accept your offer on behalf of the relevant Travel Supplier or to reject it, at our sole discretion.

The Business-Class email confirmation is NOT the contractual acceptance of the Booking, but merely an acknowledgement that we have received your offer. We will need to check the availability of the relevant Service Element(s).

If the relevant Service Element is available, your Booking will be processed. The contract pertaining to the relevant Booking is formed when payment in full has been received.

The contract between you and the relevant Travel Supplier will relate only to those Service Elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers in case of air or reservation numbers in case of hotels, cars, or activities.

The terms of your Booking (such as price, availability and/or dates of travel) are not guaranteed until the contract is formed between you and the Travel Supplier, and a ticket has been issued and/or a reservation has been made and confirmed by the Travel Supplier. Please note that once you have completed the Booking stage you can only cancel or change the details (such as names or destinations) of your Booking at our sole discretion and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

These Booking processes will apply to any of our individual Service Element's Terms & Conditions set out below. The airline ticket Terms & Conditions, the hotel Terms & Conditions, the car rental Terms & Conditions, the attractions, and services Terms & Conditions supplement any area not covered by the Booking process. We reserve the right to change the Booking process at any time, with changes automatically taking effect from the date such changes are posted on the Site.

At all times throughout your trip a government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels and car rental locations and may be required for attractions and other products as deemed necessary by the relevant Travel Suppliers.
Neither Business-Class nor its affiliates accept any responsibility, and you will not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever, if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported due to non-fulfillment of the above.

Government entry/exit fees may apply, depending on your destination.

These are your sole responsibility and will be additional to your Booking charges.

All travelers on your Booking (if more than one passenger) must travel on the same itinerary. Individual passengers cannot be added to, and/or deleted from your Booking.

Business-Class reserves the right to correct errors in any advertised price and, if applicable, give you an option to either cancel the Booking or allow Business-Class to collect an amount equal to any increase in price from your provided credit or debit card, prior to your departure. Each Service Element listed in your Booking is provided by the respective Travel Supplier. Frequent traveler points and/or miles may or may not be available for any portion of your Booking. You must check this with the relevant Travel Supplier.

Once you have made your Booking, you cannot transfer or change the name(s) or destination(s) listed in your Booking. Your Booking will be fulfilled on the delivery date set out in your ticket information email or, if no delivery date is specified, then on the date the ticket is issued, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The terms of this agreement incorporate by reference the terms of each airline's contract of carriage. Passengers may inspect the full text of the contract of carriage at each airline's airport or city ticket offices. Passengers have the right, upon request to the airlines, to receive free of charge by mail or other delivery service the full text of the contract of carriage. Our total prices include all taxes and fees applicable to airfare, hotel accommodation, car rentals and activities included in your Booking, unless stated otherwise in your ticket information email or in these Terms & Conditions. Additional fuel surcharges, security, baggage, seat reservation, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service charges may apply which will be charged by the relevant Travel Supplier at time of check-in. You are solely responsible for any such additional charges due to the Travel Supplier. If you have any questions about such charges, please contact the relevant Travel Supplier directly.

Prices quoted for Service Element(s) do not include liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, drop-off charges, gas, child safety seats, sky racks or incidental room charges at the hotel (telephone, movies, energy surcharges and any applicable increases in taxes). All such charges must be paid at the car rental pick-up location and/or at the check-in counter at the hotel. You may be required by the relevant Travel Supplier(s) to present a valid credit or debit card at the time of check-in at the hotel and/or at the pick-up location of the car rental company to provide confirmation of authorized card usage and/or to secure any additional charges. The cardholder must be a traveler listed on your Booking.

  • change without notice.
  • advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations.
  • travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or waitlisting restrictions.
  • reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply).
  • other conditions/restrictions.

If your itinerary involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the provisions of a treaty known as the "Warsaw Convention" may be applicable to your entire trip, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for death of or personal injury to passengers and/or loss of or damage to baggage.

A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided to us is accurate and that your debit/charge will be accepted. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based on a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. In the event the fare selected is not available an approval code may have been issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not completed the approval code may temporarily credit the amount from your bank account.

General Rules and Conditions

The names of the passengers provided must match the names shown on the passports. Once the tickets are issued, they are non-transferable. Even a small mistake in the name can cause a major inconvenience for the passengers during their travel. Sometimes this mistake can even prevent the passengers from using their tickets. Name changes on tickets are not allowed – only the original passenger can use the ticket(s).

Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

The above confirmed tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable. If fare rules allow refunds and/or exchanges, a USD250.00 Business Class fee will be charged to process any refund and/or exchange request. This fee will be collected in addition to the penalties charged directly by the airline and/or recalled by the airline from Business Class. Fees vary depending on the provider's terms and conditions.

Reservations for tickets to be refunded and/or exchanged must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure - NO SHOW ticket(s) will not be processed for refund and/or exchange.

Cancellation of reservation does not automatically initiate refund. If fare rules allow cancellation for future use, you will receive a travel credit (less any supplier’s fees) towards a future ticket purchase on long-haul international flights of equal or greater value, which will be valid for up to twelve (12) months from your original date of purchase.

*Tickets paid with points are not subject to monetary refunds and only travel credit in an equal amount will be issued.

All exchanges can be made only prior to scheduled departure and are subject to fare difference and fare rules applicable on the date of change. After the tickets are issued, any changes or refunds are subject to the restrictions of the fares used.

Please pay attention to the fare restrictions of your tickets. If you need more flexibility with your tickets in terms of refunds and exchanges, please consult your agent and request a less restrictive fare. Airlines offer a wide range of fares, including those that offer exchanges and refunds without any restrictions and penalties. The airlines strictly follow their policies, and do not permit exchanges or refunds in case the fare restrictions do not allow it. The airlines determine the restrictions of the fares, and Business Class has no power to override these restrictions.

Airline tickets are subject to the published conditions of carriage and rules, including but not limited to, cancellation policies of the applicable airline. The contract of carriage in use by the applicable airline, when issued, shall be between the applicable airline and the passenger. Airlines retain the right to adjust flight times and schedules at any time - schedule changes can result in an itinerary that falls outside of contractual agreements. Airlines may also in their discretion change or cancel flights or itineraries. Business Class is not responsible for schedule changes.

Please contact the airlines to verify the current flight information and reconfirm your flights 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Failure to use any reservation will result in an automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flight reservations and suspension of the tickets. The ticket can be used only in the sequence it was issued. Out of sequence usage is not allowed. The recommended check-in time for all international flights is minimum 3 hours, even if you are traveling on a domestic flight to another airport to connect to your international flight.
Passengers on a journey involving an ultimate destination or a stop in a country other than the country of departure are advised that international treaties known as the Montreal Convention, or its predecessor, the Warsaw Convention, including its amendments (the Warsaw Convention system), may apply to the entire journey, including any portion thereof within a country. For such passengers, the applicable treaty, including special contracts of carriage embodied in any applicable tariffs, governs, and may limit the liability of the carrier.

Notice of Liability Limitations. The Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention system may be applicable to your journey and each treaty governs and may limit the liability of air carriers for death or bodily injury, for loss of or damage to baggage, and for delay.

Where the Montreal Convention applies, the limits of liability are as follows: There are no financial limits in respect of death or bodily injury. In respect of destruction, loss of, or damage or delay to baggage, 1,100 Special Drawing Rights (Approximately EUR 1,300; USD1,700) per passenger in most cases. For damage occasioned by delay to your journey, 4,694 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 5,400; USD7,100) per passenger in most cases.

EC Regulation No. 889/2002 requires European Community carriers to apply the provisions of the Montreal Convention limits to all carriage by them of passengers and their baggage by air. Many non-European Community carriers have elected to do so in respect of the carriage of passengers and their baggage.

Where the Warsaw Convention system applies, the following limits of liability may apply: 16,600 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 20,000; USD20,000) in respect of death or bodily injury if the Hague Protocol to the Convention applies, or 8,300. Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 10,000; USD10,000) if only the Warsaw Convention applies. Many carriers have voluntarily waived these limits in their entirety, and US regulations require that, for journeys to, from or with an agreed stopping place in the US, the limit may not be less than USD75,000. 17 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 20; USD20) per kg for loss of or damage or delay to checked baggage, and 332 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 400; USD400) for unchecked baggage. The carrier may also be liable for damage occasioned by delay. Further information may be obtained from the carrier as to the limits applicable to your journey. If your journey involves carriage by different carriers, you should contact each carrier for information on the applicable limits of liability. Regardless of which treaty applies to your journey, you may benefit from a higher limit of liability for loss of, damage or delay to baggage by making at check-in a special declaration of the value of your baggage and paying any supplementary fee that may apply. Alternatively, if the value of your baggage exceeds the applicable limit of liability, you should fully insure it before you travel. Time limit for action: Any action in court to claim damages must be brought within two years from the date of arrival of the aircraft, or from the date on which the ought to have arrived. Baggage claims: Written notice to the carrier must be made within 7 days of the receipt of checked baggage in the case of damage, and, in the case of delay, within 21 days from the date on which it was placed at the disposal of the passenger. Supplier Rules and Restrictions.

Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select from both airline and hotel suppliers. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully on the airline or hotel or other accommodation providers websites. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the suppliers’ rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. Some airline or hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your travels. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by Business Class for your booking. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such suppliers’ rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur because of such violation.

TICKET DELIVERY.

All the tickets sold by Business Class are electronic tickets (e-Tickets) and will be sent to the E-Mail address provided by you during the booking. Once your electronic tickets are issued, you will receive an E-Mail confirmation which will include the ticket number, and the reservation numbers for each airline you will be traveling on.

  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
  • Other causes, beyond our reasonable control.

We will use our reasonable endeavors to minimize any delay caused by Force Majeure or to find a solution by which our obligations under these Terms of Use or any related contract between us may be performed despite the Force Majeure event.

IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE EVENT:

Business Travel Group LLC has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond their direct control. Our company has no influence and therefore cannot be held liable for the outcome of the cancel/change/refund process, which is a total discretion of the airlines. Nevertheless, the fee paid to process your request, which is not the airline's fee to cancel/change/refund the ticket, is a service provided by our company and cannot be returned.

For safety reasons, dangerous goods must not be packed in checked or cabin (unchecked) baggage except as specifically permitted. Dangerous goods include but are not limited to compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisons, infectious substances, and briefcases with installed alarm devices. For security reasons, other restrictions may apply. Check with your carrier. Federal law forbids the carriage of dangerous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person.

PAYMENT METHODS

All Booking Requests must be submitted with a major credit card unless otherwise expressly stated. The total price will be billed in the currency indicated on the booking screen.

Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. Booking international travel may be an international transaction by the bank or card company since Business-class may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.

SWEET FARES

Overview

The Sweet Fares service provided by http://Business-Class.com is designed to offer cost-effective travel options by leveraging unique flight combinations. This service enables passengers to book flights to their desired destination via an indirect route, often at a lower cost than direct flights. Sweet Fares is intended for travelers seeking flexibility and savings in their travel plans.

Terms of Use

  1. Standard Baggage Allowance: Unlike traditional hidden city travel hacks, Sweet Fares allows passengers to travel with the standard baggage allowance provided by the airline. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their baggage complies with the airline's policies for each segment of their journey.

  2. Visa and Health Documentation: Travelers are required to comply with all entry requirements for both their intended and final destinations as per the itinerary. This includes obtaining necessary visas and health documentation, such as COVID-19 related papers, if applicable.

  3. Mandatory Check-In for All Flights: http://Business-Class.com facilitates online check-in and boarding pass distribution when possible. If check-in at the airport is required, passengers should check in for all segments of their itinerary to avoid issues with boarding.

  4. Compliance with Airline Policies: Utilizing Sweet Fares may be inconsistent with some airlines' policies. Passengers are advised not to reveal their plan to disembark at the layover destination unless required by the airline staff. If a passenger skips the first segment of their itinerary, they will be considered a "no-show," which generally voids the rest of the booked flights.

  5. Carrier's Policy on Itinerary Changes: In case of travel disruptions, airlines usually offer alternatives to the final destination in the booking. We recommend contacting http://Business-Class.com for more suitable travel solutions in such events.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By choosing to use Sweet Fares, passengers agree to these terms and conditions. They acknowledge the benefits and constraints of this service, recognizing it as an innovative solution for economical and flexible travel planning.
